Making A Purchase
We are happy to supply members of the general public directly from our website. Simply select your products and quantities and then pay at the checkout. Once your order is processed and payment recieved via credit card or Paypal we will ship your order directly to you. Wholesale orders can either be done via our website with your log in details to purchase via your account with us. By telephone, email or fax. If you wish to set up a purchasing account (only available to our wholesale customers) we require proof that you are a bonefide business, either a physical shop or internet based outlet. If you do not have an account please email us and we will send you log in details. |

Shipping And Handling
All goods and services are supplied ex-works and are shipped via Business Post or FedEx. The shipping charges are exactly what we are charged. We do not make a charge for handling your order. Wholesale customers may at their own request and by prior arrangement have their orders shippedon their own courier accounts. Please provide us with your shipping company account number so that we can fill in your airwaybill and your preferred service. |

Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in not longer than 7 business days our normal delivery times inthe UK are next day. International orders are generally received in under 10 days depending on country of delivery and whether the package is subject to customs checks. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free. For our wholesale customers who are VAT registered outside of the United Kingdom please supply us with you VAT/BTW number and we will deduct the VAT payable on our invoice to you. It is your responsibility to declare your purchase to your own tax authority and make the statutory declaration. |
